Welcome Message..

Dear Colleagues,

It’s indeed an honour and privilege  to be the President of The Malaysian Private Dental Practitioners’ Association which is the largest and most influential affiliate of
Malaysian Dental Association ( MDA ).

This is the first time in the history of MPDPA that we are going into the cyber world with the launch of it’s website: www.mpdpa.org.my. Hope the members will get the latest updates online from now onwards.

My council comprises of senior wisdom and junior dynamic have done a lot of changes synergistically which are very progressive and positive for MPDPA.
For the first time, we are organizing the 1st MPDPA / ICCDE Joint Scientific Convention and Trade Exhibition 2006 whereby the ICCDE the education arm of APDF / APRO has collaborated with us. Thanks to Dato’ Dr.A.Ratnanesan and Dr. Oliver Hennedige for their support. We the MPDPA planning all these, yearly CPD projects to update the members on latest findings in dentistry and we hope to get good support from members too.

We, have after 38 years of existence  finally embarked on an ambitious project to purchase an office space to house the secretariat of MPDPA and have successfully signed Sale And Purchase Agreement. Our new office suite, which is located strategically to serve the members at all localities better.

We have a very good track record with the traders as we have always advocate WIN WIN SITUATION at all the times. Special thanks to our major supporter GC ASIA, Colgate, GlaxoSmithKline and Servicom and Nobel Biocare.

As MPDPA is a NGO, all the council members are serving the body on a voluntary basis. The association will not grow without the support of members and private practitioners at large. I sincerely hope to see more practitioners to joint the membership.

  3. Community Service Projects
  4. Scientific Congress and AGM

Lastly, I strongly believe that we the MPDPA, can only materialize our Mission, Vision  and Goals with strong support from the membership.
